“I sought the services of RunSYRun because I wanted to enact a healthy lifestyle with exercising and better eating habits. RunSYRun also accommodated my busy schedule with total body workouts in 45 minutes.  Having worked with SY at another class, I chose to use her again for my training goals.  I liked her attentiveness and motivation. She took time to establish an exercise regime and nutrition plan based on my needs/goals.  Working with RunSYRun has encouraged me to complete workout sessions and establish the “Yes.
